　　石膏粉即脫水石膏面,亦即熟石膏。是用生石膏經過一系列的連續消費設備而消費出的產鉆。原礦貯存和精選石膏粉是用生石膏鍛燒而成,約1.3噸生石膏可消費1噸石膏粉。生石膏從采場運來須經過貯存和精選。經過貯存精選可處理二個問題:一可保證連續消費,不會由于原料一時供給不上而形成停產;二在貯存期間可人工分選,以保證產質量量,消費出合格產品。 破碎通常要經過二級破碎。一級破碎用粗碎破碎機把原礦破碎成為較小的顆粒,普通粒徑控制在8厘米以下,經挑選后,較大顆粒重新破碎,較小顆粒經皮帶運輸機進入二級破碎用錘式破碎機,把顆粒直徑控制在2厘米以下,然后經過斗式提升機進入回轉窯,鍛燒。鍛燒緞燒過程是消費石膏粉的主要工序,在回轉窯中停止。

Crushing usually goes through secondary crushing. Crusher crusher is used to crush raw ore into smaller particles. The average particle size is controlled below 8 cm. After selection, larger particles are re-crushed. The smaller particles are transported by belt conveyor into hammer crusher for secondary crushing. The particle diameter is controlled below 2 cm. Then, the particles are fed into rotary kiln through bucket elevator and burned. The burning process of satin is the main process of consuming gypsum powder and stops in rotary kiln.
