It is mainly used in various wall thermal insulation layers to form excellent anti-cracking and anti-seepage surface layer, which is conducive to maintaining the comprehensive performance of the thermal insulation base, improving the affinity of the interface of the thermal insulation surface layer, and providing excellent interface base for the construction of finishing materials. This product is vitrified microsphere thermal insulation and fireproof mortar. It is also suitable for EPS XPS thermal insulation surface layer and various thermal insulation mortar surface layer for surface crack resistance.

1、待聚苯板粘貼終了24h后，經(jīng)過打磨找平，方可停止抹面砂漿施工；

1. The construction of plastering mortar can be stopped only after polishing and leveling the polyphenyl board after 24 hours of pasting.

2、用水將聚苯板抹面砂漿拌成砂漿狀，水灰比約1︰4，拌勻后的料應在3～4小時內(nèi)用完；

2. Polyphenyl board finishing mortar is mixed into mortar with water and the water cement ratio is about 1:4. The material after mixing should be used up in 3-4 hours.

3、用抹子在聚苯板的外表平均刮批道抹面砂漿，厚度約2～3mm，隨后平整壓入網(wǎng)格布，并用抹子刮批壓實。網(wǎng)格布應在道砂漿的表層；

3. Use a plaster to scrape the first coated mortar on the surface of the polyphenyl board with an average thickness of about 2-3 mm, then press it into the mesh cloth and scrape it with a plaster to compact it in batches. The mesh should be on the surface of the first mortar.

4、待道抹面砂漿表干后，再平均刮批第二道抹面砂漿，厚度約1～2mm。

5、下雨時切勿施工，施工溫度應在5℃以上。

6、產(chǎn)品應寄存于枯燥場地，嚴禁淋雨、受潮；儲存期為6個月。

7、嚴厲依照正軌配方消費，嚴禁摻加其它任何資料，否則影響產(chǎn)質(zhì)量量。

包裝儲存

Packaging and storage

采用復合牛皮紙袋包裝，25kg/袋，保質(zhì)期為6個月。

須儲存于枯燥通風的室內(nèi)，包裝袋密閉，留意防潮、防凍。

Store in a dry and ventilated room. Packing bags are sealed. Watch out for moisture-proof and freeze-proof.
