耐水膩子調和后,擱置10—15分鐘達到融合狀態時,施工和普通膩子沒有什么區別,但應注意是盡量做到每一遍爭取平整,不要在打磨時費工,因為耐水膩子強度遠遠高于普通膩子,但也因此若遇外力比普通膩子更加結識,對工人施工要求細致,水平要高。

普通膩子調和施工后,打磨時由于強度遠遠低于耐水膩子,所以打磨時較省力,但也因此容易分化和掉皮,開裂。
